Google has won a highly prized deal with MySpace.com to serve Web search and advertising listings to the nearly 100 million members of the News Corp.-owned social network, besting rival Yahoo in the bid.

GoDaddy has long placed ads on registered domains that customers have parked at GoDaddy. Now, GoDaddy is allowing webmasters to sign up for a paid monthly subscription to CashParking, that would see webmasters get a share of the profits made from all clicks on the parked domain.

The owners of the domain adsense.com have been fielding hundreds of customer service e-mails and phone calls regarding Google's AdSense program since the advertising service launched in March 2003.

Normally, European countries only charge VAT on earnings where VAT is charged. However, some European countries are considering charging VAT to publishers on their AdSense earnings, meaning some publishers could be paying up to 83% tax on their AdSense earnings. The same would also apply to affiliate earnings as well. Vertical Images is the latest international beta test being run by Google AdSense. Vertical images displays a related generic image within the ad unit, which then links to a results page similar to the results page seen when clicking on an Ad Links keyword.

Another great feature about it is that if there is a problem with your direct deposit payment, an alert will show up in your account control panel that there was a problem with your payment. This is nice so that if there is a problem, it doesn't enter this limbo phase where a publisher is unsure if it just hasn't arrived yet or if there was another reason why the payment wasn't successfully transfered.

fyiAds today launched a new contextual advertising system that allows a website owner to place eBay ads on their site that relate to the content on their pages. The new system works very much like Google's Adsense (tm) advertising system . Web page content is matched up to appropriate merchandise that is listed on eBay. As an example, if a Web site is about collecting coins, the fyiAds system will display ads for coins that are currently being offered for sale on eBay.

The Google AdSense Referral (affiliate program) system has added two new Google offerings to its program. Google is now paying per installation of Google Pack and Picasa, their social photo sharing and messaging system.
